Kontoor Brands amends 8-K to set annual executive pay advisory votes through 2032 meeting

Kontoor Brands filed an amended Form 8-K to correct its April 24 filing with the board’s decision on say-on-pay vote frequency.
The company will hold an advisory vote on executive compensation every year until the next frequency vote, due no later than 2032.
The amendment relates to voting results from the April 23, 2026 annual meeting.
