Kopin wins $18.6 million U.S. Army MicroLED display award under IBAS program
KOPN•Kopin won an additional $18.6 million sole-source U.S. Army award under the IBAS program, bringing total program funding to $34 million.
1. Award supports development
The funding will support development of two new MicroLED display configurations for ground-soldier systems and pilot head-up displays. It will also back expansion of U.S.-based MicroLED manufacturing capabilities.
