KORE completes acquisition by Searchlight Capital, Abry Partners, delists from NYSE
KORE•Acquisition completed and shares delisted
KORE Group Holdings completed its acquisition by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners and Abry Partners on July 21, 2026.
KORE common stock ceased trading before the market open and will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
The new owners positioned the deal as providing long-term capital and flexibility to accelerate IoT product investment and global expansion.
