Korea Fund announces annual shareholder meeting

The Korea Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Boston on Oct. 21, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the re-election of Matthew Sippel as a Class II director for a three-year term.
Other business may be considered if properly brought before the meeting.
