Korn Ferry Q1 FY27 net income rises 4% to $69 million; fee revenue increases 7% to $756.5 million

Korn Ferry posted Q1 FY27 fee revenue of $756.5 million, up 7% year over year; diluted EPS rose 5% to $1.32.
Net income attributable to shareholders increased 4% to $69 million, narrowing the margin by 0.3 percentage points to 9.1%.
Outlook for Q2 FY27
For Q2 FY27, fee revenue is forecast at $860 million-$878 million; adjusted diluted EPS is seen at $1.30-$1.40.
Contracted business and new wins
Estimated remaining fees under existing contracts climbed 14% to $1.9 billion; new business rose 12% to $832.3 million.
CEO Gary D. Burnison said AMS is now part of Korn Ferry, expanding Workforce Solutions and supporting long-term contracted client relationships.
