Reporting segments realigned by geography

Korn Ferry realigned its organizational structure effective May 1, 2026, shifting reportable segments from solution-based to geography-based reporting.

The new segments are:

Americas
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Asia Pacific

The change takes effect for fiscal 2027 segment reporting. Historical segment information was recast for comparability.

The realignment had no impact on consolidated financial position, results of operations, or cash flows.
