Annual shareholder meeting set for Aug. 31, 2026

Kornit Digital announced that shareholders will meet in Rosh Ha’Ayin, Israel, on Aug. 31, 2026.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote on Class II directors, including the re-election of Naama Halevi Davidov and Gabi Seligsohn, and the initial election of Nick Beighton.

Also up for approval is a renewed compensation policy for executive officers and directors.

Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer (Ernst & Young Global member firm) as auditor for 2026.
