KRRO•Korro Bio dosed the first healthy-volunteer cohort in its Phase 1/2 ANCHOR trial of KRRO-121 for hyperammonemia. The cohort received a single 2 mg/kg dose; patient dosing is expected to start in the first half of 2027, with an interim readout expected in the second half of 2027.

Korro Bio dosed the first healthy-volunteer cohort in its Phase 1/2 ANCHOR trial of KRRO-121 for hyperammonemia. The cohort received a single 2 mg/kg dose; the program is designed to establish safety in healthy volunteers before assessing clinical activity in patients with urea cycle disorders. No clinical results have been presented.
