KORU Medical forecasts 2026 revenue of $47.5 million-$48.5 million

Fiscal 2025 revenue was $41.1 million. Cash balance was $8.3 million as of the Q2 2026 earnings release.
2026 revenue and margin outlook
KORU Medical forecast fiscal 2026 revenue of $47.5 million to $48.5 million, implying 15% to 18% year-on-year growth.
The company also lifted its gross margin outlook to 62% to 64% from 61% to 63%, citing pricing actions, manufacturing efficiencies and a new supplier contract.
