The Ghanaian parliament ratified 14-year extensions for the West Cape Three Points and Deepwater Tano agreements, securing rights to the Jubilee and TEN fields through 2040. This move enhances long-term operational stability and underpins reserve life in key offshore assets.

2. FPSO Acquisition Details

Kosmos Energy signed a deal to acquire a floating production, storage, and offloading vessel for $205 million, with a net cost of approximately $40 million. The new FPSO will support midwater production capacity and optimize development schedules.

3. Greater Tortue Ahmeyim Production

In January, the GTA LNG project in Mauritania and Senegal shipped 3.5 gross cargos, averaging 2.9 million tonnes per annum versus a 2.7 mtpa nameplate capacity. Surpassing target output highlights project performance and strengthens revenue outlook.
