Kosmos Energy to partially redeem senior notes

Kosmos Energy issued a notice to partially redeem USD 25 million of its 7.750% senior notes due 2027.

Redemption is expected to occur on Sept. 30, 2026.

Management may pursue additional optional redemptions before the notes’ final maturity.
