1. Quarterly results
Kosmos Energy’s Q3 revenue was $410 million, missing the $455.35 million estimate. The company reported a net loss of $43 million, or $0.07 per share, and adjusted net income of $35 million, or $0.06 per share. Free cash flow was $90 million.
2. Production and outlook
Production rose about 6% from a year earlier, driven by growth in Ghana and stable output in Mauritania and Senegal. Production expenses fell 31% compared with Q3 2025, and the completed Jubilee drilling campaign contributed to higher oil output in Ghana. Kosmos expects fourth-quarter 2026 production of 60,000 to 64,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and capital expenditure of $50 million to $75 million; it maintained full-year 2026 capital expenditure guidance at $350 million.
