Koss announces annual shareholder meeting

Koss will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 14, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors to one-year terms. Ballots also cover an advisory vote on executive compensation.

Investors will be asked to ratify Wipfli as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
