The Kremlin said Russian gas sales to Europe via Ukraine cannot resume for now because of the situation on the ground.

1. Transit plans blocked

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said plans to resume Russian gas supplies to Europe across Ukrainian territory would be impossible to implement at the moment. He was responding to a report that the US is pushing for the resumption of those supplies.
