- She joined Krispy Kreme U.K. & Ireland in 2010, moved to the global team in 2023, holding sales and global commercial strategy roles.
- Lori Suess was appointed chief people officer, effective Aug. 3, 2026.
- Suess joined in 2020, became head of people and culture earlier this year, overseeing global people, culture, talent development, employee engagement.
