KULR Technology Group has streamlined its board to three members and added two industry veterans: Ben Frank, a Microsoft director leading AI solution engineering for energy clients, and Dr. Mike Kimel, a pricing and profitability specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Both bring deep expertise in AI-driven enterprise sales and margin optimization to strengthen governance and strategic decision-making.

2. Cost Reduction and Operational Efficiency

The company’s board changes support aggressive targets to reduce selling, general and administrative expenses in 2026 and drive greater operating efficiency. KULR also appointed a Special Advisor with CFA and CPA credentials to implement its Operating Discipline Framework, focusing on pricing discipline, capital allocation, cost controls and cash flow improvement.
