Kustom Entertainment details integration roadmap for pending Tickets For Less acquisition

Kustom Entertainment is pursuing the acquisition of Tickets For Less (TFL) under a previously signed unit purchase agreement.
The update outlined integration plans aimed at expanding TicketSmarter gross margins by internalizing TFL’s backend platform and reducing technology fee duplication.
Potential expansion into casino and resort ticketing
The combination also positions TFL’s white-label ticketing and VIP services for casino and resort rollouts tied to Gilley’s Gambling House and Phil Ruffin properties.
