Kyivstar expanded its LTE footprint to include 630 additional communities, reaching 96.2% of the population in territory controlled by Ukraine. Over 300 sections of international and national highways, including Kyiv–Kharkiv, Kyiv–Odesa and Kyiv–Lviv routes, now have improved 4G coverage.

Despite repeated attacks on telecom infrastructure, the company restored more than 10 damaged sites in 2025 and nearly 700 since the full-scale war began. Sustained investment in restoration and capacity-building ensures continuity of service for millions of subscribers under challenging conditions.
