Kyivstar’s Uklon closes UAH 97.6 million acquisition of e-Wings
VEON•Uklon closes acquisition of e-Wings
Uklon, part of Kyivstar Group, closed the acquisition of 100% of Ukrainian e-scooter operator e-Wings.
The transaction value was set at UAH 97.6 million before adjustments. The deal adds a micromobility vertical branded Uklon Scooters.
Management changes and transition plans
e-Wings co-founder Roman Motruk has been appointed Head of Micromobility, while co-founder Oleh Bilyi will run micromobility operations.
E-scooter rentals will continue through the existing e-Wings app during the transition across 11 Ukrainian cities.
