KYIV•Uklon expands beyond Tashkent into Fergana Valley
Kyivstar Group’s Uklon began expanding beyond Tashkent, starting staged launches across Uzbekistan’s Fergana Valley on Aug. 5.
The rollout targets five cities, aiming to extend ride-hailing and delivery coverage to a region of nearly 11 million people.
The initial phase focuses on driver onboarding via the Uklon Driver app, ahead of user-facing service launches.
