Carlson brings over 20 years of biopharmaceutical leadership, having led global clinical development operations at Takeda and held senior roles at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Aileron Therapeutics. Her expertise spans clinical program management, study execution and data management across multiple therapeutic areas.
3. Pipeline and Operational Impact
In her new role, Carlson will guide mid- and late-stage trials as Kymera advances its targeted protein degradation candidates toward commercialization. Her appointment aligns with the company’s strategy to accelerate its oral small molecule degrader pipeline for immunological diseases.
