1. Arizona MVD Partnership Extension

Kyndryl renewed and expanded its collaboration with the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division, extending its MAX platform implementation across the state. The deal adds mobile and remote services, digitizes mail-based operations, deploys new kiosks, and upgrades field office technology and cloud infrastructure to improve access in urban and rural areas.

2. Patented AI Feature in Kyndryl Bridge

Kyndryl launched a new AI-driven capability within its Bridge platform that analyzes observability data across 200,000 devices to predict and prevent IT outages. The feature produces 16 million insights per month, has reduced incidents by up to 50% for more than 1,400 clients and is credited with generating $3 billion in annual customer savings.
