Kyndryl launched Agentic Service Management, a new offering that combines a structured maturity model, detailed assessments and implementation blueprints. The service helps enterprises evaluate their current IT service operations and plan a phased transition to autonomous, intelligent workflows across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

2. AI Governance and Security Frameworks

The package includes Agentic AI Digital Trust, a standalone framework that embeds security, risk reduction and compliance controls into agent-driven workflows. It aligns customer policies and controls with ISO 42001 standards to ensure reliable governance for AI-native operations, particularly in regulated industries.

3. Internal Application and Scale

Kyndryl is deploying its own Agentic Service Management through Kyndryl Bridge, integrating agentic AI into existing automation infrastructure. The company currently runs nearly 200 million automations each month via over 8,000 certified playbooks, demonstrating scalable application of its new service.
