Kyndryl entered a collaboration with Peru-based Credicorp to modernize the group’s technology environment using cloud and AI.
The project targets standardized technology management across Credicorp companies to reduce fragmentation, improve resilience, and raise service availability.
The scope includes AI-enabled operations to anticipate incidents, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement across the group.
Kyndryl will deploy its Kyndryl Bridge platform to integrate, observe, and orchestrate Credicorp’s technology environment.
The initiative is intended to support long-term modernization, accelerate cloud migration, and consolidate service management under a single operating framework.
