Kyndryl and Suryoday Small Finance Bank partner on agentic AI

Kyndryl entered a collaboration with Suryoday Small Finance Bank to deploy agentic AI capabilities across the bank’s enterprise.

Kyndryl will set up an Agentic AI Center of Excellence to scale AI use cases, aiming to lift compliance and operating efficiency.

The rollout will use Kyndryl’s Agentic AI Framework to cut customer-service response times, streamline onboarding, support enforcement requests, fraud reviews, and loan underwriting.
