KD•Kyndryl and Toyota Systems are collaborating with Toyota Finance to use agentic AI in IT service operations, including infrastructure design, change management and impact analysis.
1. AI for IT operations
The initiative will use Kyndryl’s Agentic AI Framework to deploy AI agents in Toyota Finance’s production environment, applying customer-specific rules and operational knowledge. The partners aim to improve business continuity and engineering productivity, standardize review quality and reduce decision time for system-change assessments, with plans to expand use across the IT infrastructure lifecycle.
