The company has launched a policy-as-code solution converting regulatory requirements into machine-readable policies for scalable, compliant AI adoption.

Kyndryl’s Healthcare Readiness Report reveals a widening gap between AI ambition and execution: 76% of healthcare organizations report more AI pilots than they can scale, 55% express concern over keeping pace with evolving regulations, and only 30% feel prepared to adapt to new compliance requirements.
2. Policy-as-Code Launch
To address governance challenges, Kyndryl introduced a policy-as-code capability that translates regulatory requirements and operational controls into machine-readable policies, ensuring consistent enforcement, auditability and trust for agentic AI workflows embedded in clinical and operational environments.
3. Strategic Collaborations
Kyndryl is collaborating with Servei de Salut de les Illes Balear to build an AI-enabled clinical-genomic analysis platform aligned with security and data protection standards, and with the University of Liverpool’s Civic Health Innovation Labs to develop blueprints for scaling AI-driven patient engagement and resilient healthcare outcomes.
