L3Harris closes $1 billion notes offering
LHX•L3Harris closed a $1 billion notes offering on November 5, comprising $500 million of 5.2% notes due 2029 and $500 million of 5.4% notes due 2032.
1. Offering details
L3Harris said proceeds are intended to redeem or repay all $550 million of 3.85% senior notes due December 15, 2026. Proceeds, together with cash on hand, will also partly fund repayment of $1.25 billion of 5.4% notes due January 15, 2027.
