2. Osceola County Land Acquisition

The company contracted to acquire a strategically located parcel in Osceola County, Florida, intended for a Tier III AI data center spanning up to 10,000 square feet and supporting an estimated 1,500 kW IT load, targeting enterprise, cloud, and AI-driven workloads in a rapidly growing market.

3. Consensus Core Technologies LOI

La Rosa entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of Consensus Core Technologies and certain affiliates, a provider of critical infrastructure solutions for AI and high-performance computing, aiming to integrate these capabilities and strengthen its position within the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
