Labcorp agreed to acquire MLM Medical Labs, a global central and specialty laboratory provider with operations in the US, Germany and South Africa.
The deal expands Labcorp’s central lab and biomarker capabilities for clinical trials; financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction adds a wholly owned lab network spanning four continents: North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
MLM’s Africa footprint includes the continent’s first fully CAP-accredited central laboratory, strengthening coverage in key clinical research markets.
