Labcorp said it completed the acquisition of Millennium Health on Nov. 4, 2026. Millennium Health brings more than 15 years of drug testing and surveillance experience supporting care for chronic pain and behavioral health conditions. Integration is expected to give Millennium customers access to a broader test menu, nationwide patient service centers and digital tools.
