On October 28, Labcorp raised its 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $18.30-$18.70 from $18.10-$18.55 and revenue guidance to $14.78 billion-$14.89 billion from $14.71 billion-$14.83 billion. Expected revenue growth increased to 5.9%-6.7% from 5.4%-6.3%, while free cash flow guidance remained $1.24 billion-$1.36 billion. Third-quarter revenue grew 6.9% to $3.81 billion, and adjusted EPS was $4.78, compared with $4.18 a year earlier.
