Ladder Capital projects gains from Jacksonville office sale

Ladder Capital projected third-quarter 2026 gains from incremental activity, including a Jacksonville, Florida office sale, adding $0.42-$0.45 to GAAP EPS.

The same items were expected to contribute $0.14-$0.17 to distributable EPS, subject to final accounting review.
