Lake City Bank, the bank unit of Lakeland Financial, named Boubacar Balde assistant vice president, retail banking officer for its 16 Tech branch.

Balde will lead branch sales and service, oversee daily operations, and support staff relationship-building. He has 16 years of financial services experience.

Lake City Bank reported $7.2 billion in assets and operates 55 branches across Central and Northern Indiana, backed by a digital banking platform.
