Lakeland Industries’ Eagle Technical Products won a 3.5-year contract to supply its Ultimate Glow+ PBI firefighting gloves to South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. The gloves are expected to equip more than 700 firefighters.
2. National framework
The gloves are also specified on the national NFCC framework, which provides a procurement route for other UK fire and rescue services.
