Amended charter extends deadline

Lakeshore Acquisition III adopted a second amended and restated charter, extending the deadline to complete an initial business combination to Aug. 1, 2027.

The amended charter was filed in the Cayman Islands on July 29, 2026, effective July 27, 2026.
The change gives the SPAC up to 27 months from its IPO to close a deal.
