Lakewood-Amedex Biotherapeutics will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 22, 2026.
Shareholder votes will cover directors and capital structure proposals
Shareholders will vote to elect four directors for one-year terms.
Ballots include a charter amendment to raise authorized common shares to 100,000,000 from 12,500,000.
Investors will also vote on board authority for reverse stock splits up to a cumulative 1-for-20, plus a larger 2020 equity plan share pool.
