Landmark Bancorp FY26 Q2 net earnings rise 22.4% to $5.39 million

Non-interest income rises while expenses increase
Non-interest income increased 12.9% to $4.1 million, driven by higher gains on sales of one-to-four family residential mortgage loans.
Non-interest expense rose 9.1% to $12 million on higher professional fees and compensation; provision for credit losses fell to $500,000.
Quarterly results improve on higher net interest income
Landmark Bancorp posted Q2 net earnings of $5.39 million, up 22.4% year over year; diluted EPS rose to $0.88.
Net interest income climbed 10.2% to $15.08 million, while net interest margin widened 39 basis points to 4.22%.
