LNTH•Lantheus shareholders adopted the merger agreement with Curium US Holdings at a special meeting on October 14, 2026. Upon completion, Lantheus would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Curium US Holdings.

Lantheus shareholders adopted the merger agreement with Curium US Holdings at a special meeting on October 14, 2026. They also approved an adjournment proposal, but adjournment was unnecessary because sufficient votes had been secured.
