LanzaTech Q2 FY26 net income swings to profit of $184.3 million; revenue slips 1% to $9 million

LanzaTech reintroduced its 2026 outlook for revenue of $50 million to $55 million and a non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss of $22 million to $26 million.
The company said the FLITE SAF project targets $115 million annualized offtake revenue.
Quarterly results
LanzaTech posted Q2 2026 revenue of $9 million, down 1% from a year earlier.
Net income swung to a profit of $184.3 million from a year-ago loss, driven by a $208.1 million unrealized gain on SGLT.
Operating expenses fell 67% to $11.7 million, reflecting headcount reductions implemented during 2025 cost optimization.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed 74% to $7.6 million.
