LanzaTech has finalized plans to build its inaugural European alcohol-to-jet (ATJ) fuel facility in Ghent, Belgium. This commercial-scale plant will process waste-derived ethanol into sustainable aviation fuel, enabling airlines to reduce lifecycle carbon emissions and demonstrating LanzaTech’s progress toward industrializing its gas fermentation technology for clean fuel production.
