- Final maturities were extended to March 2030 from September 2026, easing near-term refinancing pressure.
- The deal includes a six-month principal grace period, followed by 36 months of quarterly amortization.
- Interest will be payable monthly.
- The terms remain subject to definitive documentation, including the interest rate and collateral package, before closing.
