Larimar Therapeutics names John Harlow president and COO
LRMR•Larimar Therapeutics named John Harlow president and chief operating officer, effective Sept. 29, 2026, reporting to CEO Carole Ben-Maimon.
1. Harlow’s experience
Harlow most recently served as chief commercial officer at Esperion Therapeutics, where he led commercial operations, business development and global alliance management. He previously held chief commercial officer roles at Melinta Therapeutics and executive positions at Baudax Bio, Recro Pharma and Endo Pharmaceuticals.
