Las Vegas Sands subsidiary Sands China raises $1 billion in senior notes offering

Las Vegas Sands subsidiary Sands China completed a $1 billion senior unsecured notes offering on November 3, 2026. Proceeds and cash on hand will be used to redeem $700 million of notes due in 2027, repay a revolving facility balance and fund general corporate purposes.
