Latham Group Q2 sales beat estimates on demand for fiberglass pools

Latham raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $600 million-$620 million from $580 million-$610 million.
The company now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $110 million-$120 million, up from $105 million-$120 million.
Latham said it expects most of the second-quarter ramp-up costs to be recovered in the second half of 2026.
Ramp-up costs and other quarter details
The surge in demand for fiberglass pools resulted in about $2.8 million of incremental quarter-specific ramp-up costs, which hurt gross margin by 140 basis points.
Other reported second-quarter figures included:
- EPS: $0.11
- Net income: $12.80 million
- Gross margin: 35.50%
- Adjusted EBITDA margin: 22.60%
Latham said sales in the Sand States increased at a double-digit rate, supported by new sales initiatives and an expanded commercial organization.
