Latham Q2 2026 net income falls 20.19% to $12.75 million; net sales rise 14.39% to $197.47 million

Latham Group posted Q2 net income of $12.75 million, down 20.19% from a year earlier, while net sales rose 14.38% to $197.47 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 11.86% to $44.62 million, while the adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed 0.5 percentage points to 22.6%.
First-half performance and outlook
For the first half, net income fell 57.89% to $4.22 million on net sales up 10.82% to $314.79 million.
Latham raised its 2026 net sales outlook to $600 million-$620 million, lifting the adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) floor to $110 million.
Capital expenditures were revised to $40 million-$45 million, while management forecast new U.S. pool starts in 2026 to be roughly flat versus 2025.
