Laureate Education Q2 FY26 net income rises 41% to $137.1 million; revenue increases 17% to $615.9 million

It lifted full-year revenue guidance to USD 1.92 billion-USD 1.93 billion, raising adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) to USD 593 million-USD 599 million.
The board added USD 150 million to its share repurchase authorization after about USD 76 million of buybacks in the first half.
Quarterly results improve on higher revenue and earnings
Laureate Education posted Q2 revenue up 17% to USD 615.9 million, lifting operating income to USD 223.4 million from a year earlier.
Net income climbed 41% to USD 137.1 million; diluted EPS was USD 0.98.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose to USD 250.6 million from a year earlier; the CEO cited a new campus launch, digital expansion, and strong operating momentum.
