L.B. Foster names Sara Rolli SVP of steel products and operational excellence
FSTR•L.B. Foster appointed Sara Rolli senior vice president of steel products and operational excellence, effective Nov. 1, 2026. Robert (Bob) Ness became senior vice president of precast concrete products on the same date.
1. Leadership appointments
Rolli, previously senior vice president of operational administration, will take operational oversight of the Steel Products business unit within L.B. Foster’s Infrastructure segment. Ness, previously infrastructure senior vice president, became senior vice president of precast concrete products, with both appointments effective Nov. 1, 2026.
