LCNB names Joshua Shapiro director of LCNB Wealth as chief wealth officer Miller plans March 2027 retirement

LCNB said EVP and Chief Wealth Officer Michael R. Miller will retire effective March 31, 2027.
Shapiro promoted to lead LCNB Wealth
Joshua A. Shapiro was promoted to Director of LCNB Wealth; he previously served as senior vice president and trust officer.
Shapiro has more than 25 years of legal, trust and wealth management experience, including prior roles at Stock Yards Bank & Trust and First Financial Bank.
From Jan. 1, 2027, Shapiro will run day-to-day operations of the Wealth Group, including Trust and Investment Services.
Executive leadership and oversight will shift to EVP and Chief Investment Officer Bradley A. Ruppert, a CFA with 18 years at LCNB Wealth.
