Lead Real Estate to Construct Nine-Floor Ginza Tower, Open Fifth ENT TERRACE Hotel by November
LRE•Lead Real Estate will start fall construction on its nine-floor Global Design Premium Ginza residential tower and open its fifth ENT TERRACE extended-stay hotel, ENT Terrace Shinjuku Gyoen Premium, by November. The company also launched its four-suite ENT TERRACE Gakugeidaigaku Premium in Meguro with 60–80 sqm suites.
1. Global Design Premium Ginza Residential Project
Lead Real Estate will begin construction this fall on Global Design Premium Ginza, a nine-floor luxury residential tower with one basement level in Tokyo’s Ginza district. The property features premium interior design by luxury brands and targets the high-end segment of central Tokyo’s residential market.
2. ENT Terrace Shinjuku Gyoen Premium Hotel
ENT Terrace Shinjuku Gyoen Premium is scheduled for completion at the end of November as the fifth ENT TERRACE extended-stay hotel in Tokyo. The apartment-style hotel offers in-room kitchens and is designed for family and medium- or long-term stays near Shinjuku Gyoen green space.
3. ENT Terrace Gakugeidaigaku Premium Opening
The company opened ENT TERRACE Gakugeidaigaku Premium in Meguro at the end of June, featuring four suites of 60–80 sqm across five floors. Located three minutes from Gakugei-Daigaku Station, the property offers 10-minute access to Shibuya and 30-minute access to Yokohama, appealing to international extended-stay guests.
